Thanksgiving break is only one week away and i am ready for it. I have been counting down the days for awhile and it is just about here. I cant wait to relax and visit with all my family over thanksgiving. And you cant forget all of the good food. This is possibly one of the best times of the year.

Its getting colder outside so that means christmas is almost here. Christmas is probably by far my favorite holiday. I get to see all of my family and visit with them and get alot of presents. Its also a time for relaxation, and i definately need time for that.

the first semester of college is coming to an end. I ready to see my grades and see how i have done. It has gone by really fast, but that is definately a good thing. I am ready to be out of school for good.

We just turned in our second major essay this week and i feel pretty confident about it. But i was also really confident about the first paper but I didnt get what i expected. To me this essay was a little bit harder. i am not sure if i wrote about what i was suppose to but i wrote what i thought was right. i guess i will just have to wait and see how i did.

Thanksgiving break is almost here and i am ready for it. i cant wait for the time to sleep and just relax. i really need it and i am sure everyone else does too.

i fixed up my schedule for next semester and i think its gonna be tough. especially because i will be traveling all the time for baseball. I will have to find time to get all of my work and studying done so i can keep my grades up.

this week went by really fast, but the weekend went by even faster. I cant believe that the semester is almost over. it seems like we just started school, but i am glad it is almost over because i am ready for a break.

I had another Biology test on Friday. It was pretty rough. i am interested to see what i made on it. i think i did pretty good on it.

Baseball has been pretty tough. We either run or workout everyday. On friday we have to wake up at 5:30 in the morning and workout. Its pretty tiring.

This week was a pretty good week. not much went on. i had only one test which is a good thing and i think i did pretty good on it.

The response papers we have been doing lately are tougher than the ones we have done in the past. there isnt that much to write about on the topics. i think this coming up paper is going to be harder than the one before.

This week was a pretty good week. We had monday and tuesday off, so i had some time to relax and have some time off. That means i only had school on wednesday, thursday, and friday, which is a good thing. I like having short weeks.

This week i had a Bible test and a biology quiz. I think I aced both of them, so i am pretty happy about that. We also got our Academic History essay's back this week. I think i should have gotten a better grade than i did, but oh well. Mid terms also come out this week and i am a little nervous about them, but i think my grades will be alright.

Not much went on this week, so there really isnt much to talk about. Maybe this coming up week will be more exciting.

This past week a had three tests. I had Biology, Biology Lab, and Chemistry Lab tests. I didnt do very well on my Biology test even though i studied everything and thought that i was very well prepared. I did pretty well on the Biology lab test. I got 24 points out of 25 points on the chemistry lab test. I was proud about that.

Tuesday night i went to the fair and it was a disaster. I got there and rode 2 or 3 rides and all of a sudden it started pouring down rain. it was terrible. My trip to the fair was ruined and it wasnt any fun being all wet trying to run to my car.

This weekend is fall break and i am excited about having Monday and Tuesday off. Maybe i will finally be able to get some rest.

Nothing really exciting happened this week. It was pretty much just another week of college. A couple of things happened though.

I got my first chemistry test back this week and i made the highest grade in the class. I was pretty happy about that. I just hope i can do that well on all of my tests. i have three tests this coming up week. two on wednesday and one on thursday.

This weeks chapel was crazy. The guy talked about sex. I think he took it too far with the details. It was also too graphic. A good bit of people just got up and walked out. It was a chapel to remember and i believe it caught everybody's attention.

this past week real baseball practice started. we have practice on tuesday,wednesday, friday, and saturday. the first week of practice went really well. i believe we will have a pretty good team this year.

i had two test this week. i had a fitness for life test on thursday and a chemistry test on friday. i studied for a few hours for both of the tests on wednesday. i think i did pretty good on the fitness for life test. thursday night i studied for about 5 hours for my chemistry test. i took the test on friday and i think i may have missed one. i might have not missed any i dont yet, but i know i did really good on it. it was pretty easy.

Friday night was my girlfriends homecoming, so i had to rush home after baseball practice and get ready. we go to homecoming and have a good time. after homecoming everybody went to someones house and we socialized. i ended up getting back home at three thirty and i had baseball practice at seven thirty in the morning. i only got two hours of sleep that night and was very tired for practice, but practice ended up going well and i got to sleep afterwards. i had a pretty busy week and weekend.

College Time

In college I rarely have any free time. I wake up early, go to class, then I have baseball, I have night labs, and i have to study. There is really no room for free time in my schedule. I do get some free time on the weekends though. I usually go home and spend time with my family and friends back home.

Its alot different from high school. In high school you dont really have to study and you have a good bit of free time. All of your friends are there with you. You also know pretty much everyone in the school, as in collge you dont know very many. In high school the classes are alot easier and the work isnt as time consuming.

Dont get me wrong, I am enjoying college. It is just too much time consuming. I enjoy the christian environment and i am making new friends. Baseball season should also be a lot of fun. Hopefully as the year goes on I will find a way to balance my schedule to have a little more free time.

My name is Wesley Williams and i am a freshman here at Mississippi College. I am on the baseball team here and i plan on Majoring in chemistry. After Mississippi college i want to go to Pharmacy School and be come a Pharmacist. I live about twenty minutes away from here in Ridgeland. I went to Ridgeland High School.
